shooting for fall

I got to do a senior shoot for the lovely Randi a few weeks ago. We were so lucky that the weather was so nice and the colors of fall were so great. I had such a great time working with Randi and her family. Overall, everything came together for a great shoot.

this summer: i flew across the pacific, swam with sharks, turtles, and playful sea lions. i spoke a different language and met amazing new people. i tried new foods and hiked new lands. i could see for miles and captured it all. i soared with the bottle-nosed and the frigate birds. i laid under the milky way and breathed foreign air. 

now: i am thousands of miles away. but i can feel the peace and life of the islands. i can taste the salt on my lips and feel the sand in my shoes. that foreign air is now familiar. i long to return one day. to the place that cannot be described fully. not in words.
